finals boulder workshop
Climb on the boulders from Saturday night’s open Final! To maximize learning, we will be adding a variety of holds to the existing finals boulders so athletes can try variations of those climbs and build confidence on complex movements. Throughout the clinic, we will share science-backed and comp-tested habits that enable climbers to stay present in the moment and climb to their potential in stressful environments. With 5 professional coaches for this one workshop, participants will get ample 1:1 time to ask about individualized coaching. Additionally, we will lead group discussions about the following: High Flow Warm-up Techniques, How to Breakdown Complex Movements, The Power of Visualization, Cultivating a Performance Mindset and Techniques for Goal setting.

Youth competition workshop
In this workshop, we will work with athletes in small groups to share our most valuable techniques for solving complex moves and getting into a confident performance mindset. Before the clinic, our team will add a variety of holds to the existing comp boulders from Saturday in addition to setting up several movement stations. With 5 professional coaches for this one workshop, participants will get ample 1:1 time to ask about individualized coaching. Ross Fulkerson
Ross is a professional climber and all-around adventurer. For the last two years, he has competed on the IFSC World Cup Circuit as part of the US National team and recently made the Finals at the Salt Lake City Bouldering World cup. He started a youtube channel dedicated to sharing behind-the-scenes experiences, tips, and tricks for becoming a better climber and outdoor-based content for the climbing community. Stemming from his extensive experience in high-level competitions, his specialty is understanding and coaching what it takes to execute complex movements in demanding environments.
MARCO Giacomangeli
As head coach at Grotto Climbing and studying to complete his degree in kinesiology, Marco believes that setting and coaching are synonymous with each other and integral to athletes achieving their full potential. With years of experience working with a diverse range of athletes, Marco specializes in teaching individualized solutions and developing unique exercises. Growing up climbing trad climbs, route setting, and competing in national-level competitions, has given him an appreciation for the diversity of skills that climbing requires.
PHoebE YUN
Phoebe is a competitive climber and route setter with personal experience working with high-level athletes and competing at a national level. She seeks to give back to the climbing community by using her skills to create high-quality learning environments and resources. Her goal is for all climbers to explore and improve their own understanding of climbing holistically through challenge and application of the cerebral, physical, and technical.
Oliver kuang
Oliver is a professional route setter and competitive climber with experience on the national and international levels. As a route setter, he strives to push the boundaries of climbing movement and create avenues that increase the movement literacy of climbers of all abilities. Using his experience in both route setting and climbing, his focus is understanding the link between the two, and applying this understanding to perfect decision-making and unlock movement in high-performance scenarios.
