Apex PERFORMANCE Clinic

Apex climbing gym   december 3

5505 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN, 46545

Our primary goal for this clinic is to equip athletes with the tools necessary to solve complex boulders. Athletes will learn the nuances of Space, Time, and Position on movement stations and then apply their understanding of those movement fundamentals to World-Cup-Style boulders. We will also be modifying the existing boulders from the QE on Saturday so athletes can try variations of those climbs and build confidence on complex moments. Throughout the clinic, we will share science-backed and comp-tested habits that enable climbers to stay present in the moment and climb to their potential in stressful environments.

Additionally, ahead of the clinic, athletes will receive an instructional video from Ross and Marco that introduces the basics of Space, Time, and Position. The goal of this video is to maximize our time at the clinic by allowing athletes to familiarize themselves with these concepts and show up to the clinic with more specific questions. This video will specifically be made for these three clinics at Apex and athletes will have exclusive access to the coaching content for a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.

Please reach out to mind2motionclimbing@gmail.com about any questions or accommodation concerns. We are super excited for our first event in the Midwest and want to make the clinics accessible to as many athletes as possible.
